日照和济南、青岛入选全国首批“千兆城市”，开放数林指数位列全国城市综合排名第4，搭建起省级信息技术产业园、软件产业园、数字经济园等8个省级园区，培育瞪羚企业17家、准独角兽企业1家。其中，以日照高新区为依托打造的信息技术服务产业集群，被认定为山东省第一批12个战略性新兴产业集群之一。现在，深圳、上海等地很多有远见卓识的企业家，像英锐半导体、巨擘科技、越疆机器人、奥莱电子、艾锐光电等企业，都纷纷选择日照。下步，将重点培育发展集成电路、人工智能产业，不断拓展工业互联网、5G与物联网、大数据、高端软件和信息技术服务等应用场景，聚力打造数字经济创新活力区。

New Information Technology Industry

Rizhao, together with Jinan and Qingdao, was selected in the first batch of “Gigabit Cities” in China, with Open Data Index ranking No. 4 comprehensively. 8 provincial-level parks such as Provincial Information Technology Industrial Park, Software Industrial Park and Digital Economy Park have been set up, and 17 gazelle companies and 1 quasi-unicorn enterprise have been cultivated. Among them, the information technology service industry cluster, built on the basis of Rizhao High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, is recognized as one of the first 12 strategic emerging industry clusters in Shandong Province. Now, many visionary enterprises in Shenzhen, Shanghai and other places, such as Yingrui Semiconductor, PRINCO CORP., DOBOT, Ole Electronics, Azuri Optics Technologies and others, have chosen Rizhao.
